Spectrum Killian is a dental laboratory. We hold the ZimVie and GenTek CAD libraries and restore every connection ZimVie ships — Certain, internal hex, conical hex, external hex and tissue level — from single units to full-arch cases. Send us the scan; we handle the rest.
ZimVie ships more prosthetic connections than almost any other manufacturer, and the scan body, Ti-Base and library are different for each one. Getting that wrong costs a remake. We restore these systems daily, so the platform is identified from your implant chart, the right library is loaded, and the case is designed to seat the first time.
One of the fastest-growing dental laboratories in the country, Spectrum Killian pairs master craftsmanship with modern digital workflows. Implant restoration is core work here, not a side service — custom abutments, Ti-Base crowns and full-arch prostheses, with the precision fit, fast turnaround and clinical support to match.
ZimVie became an independent dental and spine company in March 2022, spun out of Zimmer Biomet, and its portfolio carries two long implant lineages: Zimmer Dental brought Tapered Screw-Vent and SwissPlus, Biomet 3i brought the Certain connection along with the OSSEOTITE and T3 surfaces. That history is why the range spans internal-hex, Certain, conical-hex, external-hex and tissue-level connections — and why knowing which one is in the mouth matters before anything is ordered.

The Encode healing abutment is a three-in-one: healing abutment, impression coping, and scan body. The codes are machined into the abutment itself, so on an Encode case there is no coping swap and no separate scan body — you scan what is already in the mouth. We design straight from it.
On ZimVie the same implant diameter maps to different platforms on different lines — a 4.7 mm implant is a 3.5 mm platform on TSX but 4.5 mm on Tapered Screw-Vent. We identify the platform from your implant chart before anything is ordered or designed, because guessing from diameter is how a case becomes a remake.
Spectrum Killian holds the ZimVie and GenTek CAD libraries and restores the system daily — so every Ti-Base, patient-specific abutment, and full-arch prosthesis is engineered for an exact, passive fit.
Narrow-diameter Eztetic through 9 mm Immediate Molar, tissue level through bone level, single unit through full arch. Whatever you placed, it comes back to the same lab, the same team, and the same standard of fit.
